1. VOLUME SOLVED!They sounded low when I first used them, but then I went into my phone settings and realized there is actually a setting to turn up the sound of the phone itself so your buds CAN get LOUD! The iPhone setting comes automatically midrange volume. I don’t know for Android though, but I’m guessing it’s the same. For iPhone:Open the Settings app.Tap “Sounds & Haptics”.Tap “headphones safety” and use slider to turn the volume all the way up or down.
